Q: Do you ship discreetly?
A: Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

Q: What if my item arrives broken?
A: Contact us within 72 hours with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will assess and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once processed, changes cannot be made.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within Canada and the USA.

Q: Are your products covered under warranty?
A: Due to the fragile nature of glass, we do not offer warranties. We only replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
