Returns & Exchanges

At BuyCheechGlass.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@buycheechglass.com with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items approved for return or exchange must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged through regular wear and tear.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
